Hi, I’m Regula.

Before all of this, my life was pretty grounded. I had a career I enjoyed, a loving family, time in nature, and a sense of balance. Everything looked and felt fine — until one day, something shifted. A brief moment of connection with a stranger sparked an awakening that changed everything.

It wasn’t dramatic on the outside, but something deep inside me lit up. I started sensing energy differently, feeling more connected to myself and others, and becoming aware of a whole new way of living from the heart. This awakening wasn’t always easy — there were moments of confusion, overwhelm, and letting go. But through it all, I kept following the thread of curiosity, trust, and love.

That journey led me here — to sharing energy work, heart-based healing, and the wisdom I’ve picked up along the way. I now help others connect to their own healing power, tune into their inner guidance, and feel more grounded, alive, and free.

My approach is gentle, practical, and rooted in presence.
