The Power of Choosing in the Now Moment

We are capable of making a new choice in every single moment. In fact, each moment offers us not just one, but many options — a whole range of potential experiences and outcomes. This is a reflection of just how vast and abundant the Universe truly is. Scarcity? That’s not a vibration the Universe knows. Scarcity is something we created when we stepped out of the present moment and stopped choosing from the space of truth and alignment.

Abundance increases the more we experience. Why? Because the purpose of Source — of Creator, of God — is expansion. Expansion through experience. As souls, we are constantly increasing our potential and adding to the cosmic field of abundance.

The opportunity to choose always happens in the present moment — not in the past, not in the future. The NOW is where all your power lives.

We chose to come to Earth to learn and grow through a wide range of experiences. The density of this physical realm allows for greater contrast and diversity, which makes it the perfect place for soul expansion. So why would we get stuck rehashing old experiences — especially ones we didn’t enjoy or grow from? Why replay an old scene when a new one is waiting to unfold?

Sometimes we revisit the past because we haven’t fully embodied its lesson. Other times, we’re trying to relive something beautiful. But even then — why settle for repeating one version of that experience when the Universe offers infinite variations of joy, beauty, and satisfaction?

Each present moment offers a new choice. The more we can slow down, be present, and observe what’s arising right now, the more we recognize the unique gifts each moment holds. Then we choose. Then we experience. Then we choose again. This is the true rhythm of freedom. This is what Free Will looks like.

Projecting into the future is another way we pull ourselves out of the now. The future is not fixed — it’s fluid, unformed. It only takes shape in the NOW, when our heart’s desire meets our pure intention. That moment of inner clarity sends out a signal — a spark of creation — which draws in the light, energy, and information needed to bring that intention to life. It happens in an instant. Not before. Not after. In the NOW.

Why miss the opportunity to create from your clearest, most aligned place? Why would we want to be anywhere else?

The wisdom you carry in your energy field is like electricity flowing through your inner circuitry. Your energetic grid is a meeting point — where Universal energy and soul desire collide to spark creation.

By setting an intention that is purposefully directed and focused in a vibration or frequency to serve at the best for everyone involved, and at the same time is free of any resistant energies — meaning no hidden agenda — it can freely flow and create in harmony with Unity Consciousness.

Intention is the Beginning of Thought;
It sets a vibrational tone that draws in matching thoughts,
which then continues to attract vibrationally matching thoughts thereafter.

Those thoughts spark electro-magnetic waves in the body,
which we feel as emotions - the sensations we call feelings.
Emotions reflecting the state of being of the body;
Feelings the triggers of memories of past experiences.

As humans, we love to feel good!
Joyful, inspired, happy, calm, playful, curious, empowered, amused, confident, elated, cheerful, animated…
all moments filled with sparks of childlike joy and curiosity.

These good feelings shape our state of being -
and when we anchor that state in the heart,
we experience deep and lasting well-being.

Ultimately, that is what we are here for:
Experience! that leads to greatest well-being - for us, our loved ones, our community, the world!
That is what the soul seeks in human form.

So how do we create an intention?

First, we remember: intention is more than a thought.
It is a frequency, a tone — and the Universe responds to tone.
Everything is energy, and energy is simply vibration carrying information.

Pure intention doesn’t come from the mind. It begins with a feeling — a desire that rises up from the higher heart space, connected directly to Creator, to Source. It’s the place you feel when you’re filled with gratitude.

Desire is more than a want — it’s a magnetic pull. It draws in universal potentials of light and energy, which collide with our own field and create sparks of manifestation.

That’s how new thoughts are born:
a desire vibrates through the heart,
attracts energy from the Cosmos,
and creates a thought that moves us forward.

This is why staying in a state of well-being matters.
When we align with the vibration of what we truly want,
we make it easier for cosmic energy to find us,
to shape our experiences in ways that bring us joy.

The Cosmos is always seeking to create more well-being.
It is the purpose of Source: to expand, to create, to thrive.

All we need to do is tune ourselves — body, mind, and soul —
to the heart’s frequency. That’s where creation begins.
